How to Order:
1. Please fill out our order form completely. If you have questions about the information required, please do not hesitate to message us via email or Viber. Please note that any missing or inaccurate information may result to a project delay and/or additional costs.
2. Upon submission, please wait for a job order confirmation form which will be sent to you via email. Kindly go through all the details and confirm if order is correct. |
3. A full payment will be required for orders to be processed. For orders of 20 units and above (1 set is equivalent to 1 unit), we only require at least 50% downpayment for your orders to be processed. Please send us a photo/copy of your deposit slip via email or viber. Cut-off for payments is every Thursday, 12 noon.
4. Your order will be ready for shipping after 15 working days upon confirmation of your payment. Shipping fee will be added on to your total bill. |
5. If applicable, you can settle your remaining 50% balance once we have completed your orders. Please send us a copy of the deposit slip via email or viber. Once payment is confirmed, we can start shipping orders the following day. Please allow 1-2 days shipping within Metro Manila and 2-3 days outside Metro Manila. A tracking number will be sent to you once order has been shipped.
